Not able to submit form on Website

I can try to explain, have a customer that is on a 2012 Active Directory Domain. They are having trouble submitting a form from this one website. Computers that are not part of the Domain have no issues, neither does anyone else outside the network. Things I have tried are removing Anti-Virus software, changing the DNS they are pointed to. Packet captures from firewall show nothing blocked. Have tried the sites from other Domains with no problem. Connect to there network with a computer that has never been on the Domain and it works fine.
Very confusing, not sure what is happening.

Do you have group policies affecting browser settings?

Not finding anything configured in GPO Browser settings, I thought to that might be causing it.
What errors are you getting? Do you see errors in browser console?

Here is the website   https://bethanyricelake.shelbynextchms.com/external/form/a0e7c208-6496-4af8-906f-54457da97710

They fill out the form and then click on submit registration at the bottom, nothing happens, it grey's out and sits there. No error of any kind.

If anyone tries this form please use test as a name.
It works on my computer. It submits, shows the "redirect" button then goes to another page

It works everywhere except for computers on one Active Directory Domain
Aside from obviously the role, is there a different between domain controllers and workstations? Allowed connections, patches...

Thank you Everyone, thought I had checked that. It was only off 10 minutes
10 minutes is more than enough to throw off things on secure connections.
