If you are connected to vCenter Server (do you have vCenter Server ?)

Click HOME (or CTRL+ALT+1) -> Administration -> Licenses (under Licensing)

and there you have got Tabs for Licenses, Products and Assets

If you look at Assests, you've got Hosts etc

it will show which License is assigned to which host, by a reference e.g. License 1.

if you look at License 1, you can find the key, if that's what you are looking for.

You can use below power-cli command to list license key of individual host:

Get-VMHost -Name esxi-1.tets.local | Select-Object -Property Name,LicenseKey

For all the hosts managed by vc:

Get-VMHost | Select-Object -Property Name,LicenseKey

If I look under licenses, and assets I can find the keys used for each ESXi server.

If you Click License, do you see all your licenses ?

and remember sometimes, a single license could license all your CPUs, so the same key is used for ALL Hosts.
