How quickly?  If the CPU is somehow not seated properly, it could overheat in a very short period of time.

The CPU could be defective.
The Power Supply could be defective.

Can you start in Safe Mode (press F8 repeatedly at start up). Does it start and stay on this way.

Try updating the BIOS.

Googling there are also issues of both the Intel "Management engine interface" and "PCI Simple Communications Controller" drivers being updated causing this problem.  Reverting to earlier drivers resolved.

I tried the updates , that didnt work. Im going to try the bios update.

That is good news about the BIOS update. The server must have been more than one or two versions behind to shut down like that.
