We configured KMS server to active windows 10 machines with AD Activation. Today i was checking on couple of Machines they were showing different KMS key not the one we added. I talked to microsoft about the key they said its invalid. what could be the issue and where this key coming from?

Well for starters, did you configure a KMS server or did you configure Active Directory activation? Both use a KMS key, but they handle activation very differently so your question can't really be answered as asked.

If the OS is reporting as activated then things are working as expected. The key" on the client won't match the KMS key on the server. That is by design. Clients use a generic key when activating against AD and the client activation process knows how to process that information. What you describe at a high level, is completely normal.
