Office 365 - Contact's syncing issue

Outlook contacts are not syncing with different devices on Office 365

One of my users has 14,694 contacts in his account. His account is set up on the executive assistance's outlook and he has an iPhone and an iPad. sometimes the EA adds new contacts and he is not able to see them in mobile devices. another example is when he adds note to a contact and EA is not able to see in outlook.

anyone has a solution with syncing with multiple devices in office 365??

This is a known issue with apple devices, They add attributes to the created object whatever it is. Mostly seen in meetings. It is a known issue from a long time, and seems it cannot be fixed.  Try to create contacts in OWA, or do them as Server side contact, this should help.

Also, if you are not using  Outlook for iOS, please try it.

Like Pavel said, this is a known issue. However, it is not that hard to fix, there is a freeware tool which lets you sync Outlook with iOS devices:
CodeTwo Sync for iCloud.

That's right, this syncing app should be installed on a Windows computer with Outlook. Detailed requirements and installation steps are available on the download page.

Looks like I also had outlook on the same iPhone syncing with iOS mail app. which removed and solved the issue.
