sumproduct formula with truth table - not picking up what is true :-(

Thanks to all the lovely experts here I got a solution working. Alas, when I went to test it again today...seems to have stopped.  In cells M15 I have entered RES - the idea is that this will only be counted once as some can only resign ONCE. So based on that, I should have the number 1 in cell BS6 - which I created using the formulas and truth table (starting at DW10 - and that bit seems to be working - I have one true there). So what have I entered incorrectly? Thanks again.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Your dates in DW10 to FW10 are not dates. They are text:

put '=BR3' in DW10 and copy across and that will fix it.
