When I use powershell as an admin in Windows 10 (1803) it fails when I use the command below. Is there another way to remove this AppxPackage?

Get-AppxPackage -allusers *messaging* | Remove-AppxPackage

Are you using the 'PackageFullName'?

Get-AppxPackage -Package 'enterPackageFullNamehere' -allusers | Remove-AppxPackage
