Hi,
Please make sure that the following MSDTC settings are in place:
Do DTC Fix for the User Profile Sync Service.
On all servers in the SharePoint farm. Including SQL Server:
Start -> Run -> comexp.msc
Component Services -> Computers -> My Computer -> Distributed Transaction Coordinator
Right-Click Local DTC and select Properties.
Click Security tab.
Check Network DTC Access
Check Allow Remote Clients
Under Transaction Manager Communication
Check Allow Inbound
Check Allow Outbound
Check No Authentication Required
Check Enable XA Transactions
Check Enable SNA LU 6.2 Transactions
Click OK
Click Yes to the message about restarting the MSDTC service
and make sure that the .net TCP related are set to automatic, not automatic triggered or whatever
