Connect from NET 10.10.8.x to 10.10.1.2

Hi I have a email Server Exchange 2016 (IP10.10.1.2, Name: VMEX2016) ADServer is: 10.10.1.1 / 10.10.1.3
i would like to connect Outlook to this Exchangeserver from a different NET 10.10.8.x
Old Clients in the 10.10.8.x are working. But when i connect a new PC or new User i get the Answer: "Exchange Server could not found".
Even i use IP Address or Servername.
Ping to the Exchange Server is working. Also mapping drives from the 10.10.1.x net.
Entries in the HOST file are made 10.10.1.2 vmex2016, 10.10.1.1 VMAD2012,
Thank in Advance.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Did you test whether the autodiscover DNS entry is available for the new PCs or users?

E.g. by pinging autodiscover.yourdomain.com.

You need to make sure DNS entries for the email domain can be resolved in general, and the corresponding DNS server just needs a static autodiscover alias (= CNAME) entry pointing to the real Exchange machine.
Neither GAU.local nor RO.local can be the Exchange domain, otherwise you would be unable to use emails in public- no public DNS server will provide info for .local domains.
