Ascii code for the same character is not the same if you change the system

On a web page
dim T, V1, V2 as integer

V1 = Asc(Chr(T))  ' V1 = 201   On win 2012 server

V2 = Asc(Chr(T))  ' V2 = 69   On Win 7  !!!!!??

Any Idea Why?

There must be a way to set the character code from inside asp page to make it fixed for all systems

I have found the answer, It is (globalization) in web.config file that can affect ascii above 127

the following is the line:-

<globalization culture="(2 char for language)-(2 char for your country)" uiCulture="(2 char for language)-(2 char for your country)" requestEncoding="UTF-8" responseEncoding="UTF-8" />
