I am looking to implement shared project calendars across our teams. We are currently set up on Office 365 Business Premium. The calendars will need to be accessed by users on Microsoft Outlook (Desktop install), Microsoft Outlook Online and on mobile devices.
I have looked at creating new accounts for each calendar (project) however was wondering if there was a way to use the Public Folders function. It seems like it is possible but is limited for the Online and Mobile versions.
Any help would be appreciated.
