Change Destination of server 2016 backup

I am running Server 2016 and are running both a local backup and Azure.  The Azure is working fine but the local is having a problem.  The problem is it is trying to go to the "E" drive but the external drive is the "F" drive and for the life of me i can't find a way to change the destination.  Any help would be extremely appreciated.

thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

Follow the mention steps:

1. Bring up SSMS
2. Right click on the instance name and select the “Properties” item
3. On the “Properties” window click on the “Database Settings
4. On the “Server Properties” page you can change “Backup” location under the “Database default locations” section
5. Change the Location

Thanks
