Outlook Categories: Is there a way when user select email from sharemailbox cursor stay on the top page in the sharemailbox.
I have a client who moved to O365 from in-house. Each user has their own individual categories, what is happen manager who is responsible to assign those email to his Staff. He usually select multiple emails and right click and select the category (userZ RED) then outlook take his cursor all the way down to UserZ RED then Manager need to scroll up to the top and assign emails to the next userY and keep doing all day.
Manager does not like the way every time assign emails to the team he need to scroll up time Consuming.
Was working find before migration to O365. Not sure if was a rules or some setting which currently lost.
Everyone who has access to the share mailbox lost this functionality.
