The answer is yes. I was a php dev and wanted to learn Python. After reading a few online tutorials I had a lot of questions and EE is where I got the best advice.
Experts Exchange is like having an extremely knowledgeable team sitting and waiting for your call. Couldn't do my job half as well as I do without it!

Here are a couple of resources for your question.

I would suggest checking out the Python topic page: https://www.experts-exchange.com/topics/python/
You can look through past solutions, articles, and micro tutorials.

You might also check out these courses:
https://www.experts-exchange.com/courses/1983/Python-3-Part-01-Fundamentals.html
https://www.experts-exchange.com/courses/1984/Python-3-Part-02-Tools-Modules-and-JSON.html

And as always asking a specific question to any issues you run into will prompt experts to help you out directly.
