Skype for business should use windows credentials

I have a customer that wants to always have Skype for Business log in with the credentials of the logged in user.
They dont want the end user to type username or password, but grab it from Windows.
They run Windows 10 and Office 365.

Is that SfB Server or SfB Online? For SfBO to use Windows integrated auth, you need either AD FS or pass-through authentication.

Its Office 365 E3 Skype for business, so online I assume, not completely understanding what you mean.
Then I suggest you start by reviewing the following article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/security/azure-ad-choose-authn
my skype4business always logs in User generated image
@david, but you probably typed in your credentials once?
My customer do not want to type anything.

@Vasil I cant find anything in regards to Skype. Does it require federation or what do you mean?
Yes, you need federation or PTA/SSO if you want it to use the windows credentials.
@Vasil, it seems PTA will not do it seemless, so adfs is the way to have it completely silent without o365 authenticate popups. Can you confirm?
PTA on its own doesnt offer seamless SSO experience, but it can easily be combined with the so-called "Seamless SSO" feature, which is also configurable via AAD Connect. Using the both together will offer you an experience very similar to using AD FS, without the additional overhead. It's explained in the article I linked above and the references therein, make sure to go over them.
