Does your PC have DPI scaling set?  If so, change it back to 100%  Settings/system/Display and change the Size of text, apps, and other items to 100% if not set.

I attached the application project that was create in windows 7 (Dell Precision M4700), also I attached a print screen of operative system from both assets (Dell 7520 and Dell M4700).

If you need additional information please let me know.

Your app is suffering from font rendering differences (see Cliente1 7 and 10 with 10 using a much larger size) and that 10 doesn't seem to like hiding the border on your graph.
Look at the font names you are using in the app and replicate them in something like a Word document; I'll bet they display as different sizes in 10 versus 7.
In the Windows 10 machine, look in Start, Settings, System and see if display resolution has been set higher than 100%.  150% is common on new Windows 10 installs.
