Hi,
I need help please to find out the average time for a fitter on his jobs
Start time End time Time spend

Hi,
I believe you will have multiple jobs for each fitter. If so, you can create a group on fitter DB field and insert summary and select "Average" under "Calculate This Summary" dropdown and select the newly created group under "Summary Location".

You may have to calculate the time in seconds then do the average and convert it for display
