I agree with McKnife. &nbsp;It sounds like you are still on 1709 and didn't download a good 1803 install. &nbsp;Also, no screenshots were attached.

I reverse back the previous os and upgraded. Now &nbsp;I can see it has 1803. But upgrading to 1803 brook threat guard<br />
&nbsp;(third-party security software) which I had to reinstall.<br />
After reinstalling threat guard I see it's back to 1709 again. So it's a threat guard which is messing up OS .
