I am running Exchange 2010 and looking to eventually move to O365 hoping first quarter. My question is I have a network team that is supposedly updating and patching servers?  I logged into my Exchange server and the MMC is not expanding.  I receive the attached error:

Also wondering if anyone has run into this and it looks like there are 22 rollups waiting to run, has anyone ever or can I just jump to 22 assuming that it has all previous within it?

Probably the best (first) bet to fix that error is just to reboot. The second is to see if it happens when you log into the computer as someone else. If not, then there is an MMC cache issue (which you fix by closing all MMC consoles and then delete "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\MMC\Exchange Management Console").

But yes, the update rollups are cumulative. Are you on SP3?

Yes you can go to the latest RU for the SP, just make sure to check Microsoft for any additional prerequisites.

As Michael stated, sounds like a cache issue

The EMC error of load quota request should resolve by doing an iisreset from CVM prompt using admin privileges.
