I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The Sharepoint server have to migrate off of a 192.168.5.0/25 vlan to 10.10.1.0/24 vlan,  the tcip address will change.

Sharepoint generally depends on DNS names, not IPs. After your change the IP, make sure you update your dns records, all of them. Remember, Sharepoint is a Web service so any URLs you have will need to point to the new IP in DNS.  If you are using an SQL Alias (best practice) then make sure that record is updated. After, reboot your Servers.
