GoDaddy email issues

This is unbelievable. An email account or two from one of my customers got hacked. As a result they got blacklisted by... actually GoDaddy (that is who their email accounts are with). So all 65 of these email accounts started bouncing when they sent emails. Now the insane part. GoDaddy says that can't tell which email accounts got hacked (that is lie number 1). Then they want us to:

1) Put up a web site simply because according to the agreement they can't use email without having a web page
2) Change all 65 email passwords
3) Find the first, the very first bounce message someone got. Yes, out of 10 locations and 65 emails then need the very first bounce message received.

#1 is simple, #2 is annoying but how in the world are we supposed to find the very first bounce message out of 65 email addresses? GoDaddy is a bunch of morons. Even their "advanced team" has no clue how to find the very first bounce message but without it they can't turn the email back on. Anyone have any idea on how to find this one, first bounce message?

Morons. Just a bunch of bleeding Morons.....

It is probably the admin account that got  hacked. Godaddy has 2 different email systems one of which is a rebranded office 365 and the other is their in-house webmail.  Cannot the domain administrator access the account?

What- is bouncing-? from external to internal or from internal to external addresses?  I would think just (a) sample message would suffice

Actually they have three. Re-branded Office 365, Windows-based and Linux-based. All accounts are receiving fine. They all bounce when sending external (which is most of them). I would think just a sample bounce message would be fine too but the morons at GoDaddy insist that it has to be the first one ever received. They won't tell you how to find it or determine it but that is what they want. I am done with these idiots. What kind of request is that?

According to MX Toolbox they aren't blacklisted. Try it.

I swear it is something that GoDaddy is doing internally. They are just absolutely impossible to work with.
LockDown32OwnerAuthor Commented:
They weren't blacklisted as far as internet blacklists go but GoDaddy internally blacklisted then. They are truly a bunch of idiots.

The dns is through network solutions.   Make sure you have spf and dkim set up.  You don't have to be on a real time black hole list to not have email go through. There can be other factors.
