Imagemap Support for IE

We have two image maps on our newly launched site and they aren't working in IE 11 (govt client so we have to be compatible with that browser).

- the two graphics with the spokes - I have no idea where to even start.  It works in all the other browsers.

It's not working in Firefox either!

You need the hash before the map name:
