We recently upgraded our SCCM clients (Configuration Manager) to 5.00.8634.1814.<br />

We did this after upgrading the site to 1802.<br />

After the upgrade all of the icons in Software Center are wacked out. &nbsp;Prior to the upgrade, something was taking different sized icons and make them automatically appear the same.<br />

In the new version, this functionality works in the List View option - all icons appear the same size regardless of their size. &nbsp;In Tile View, which everyone uses, this is not the case. &nbsp;The icons are not being adjusted for the view.<br />

Has anyone else noted this issue? &nbsp;Is there a setting somewhere I can click to resize? <br />

Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM, formerly known as Systems Management Server) is Microsoft’s system software for managing large groups of not only Microsoft computers, but those running other operating systems, such as Linux, OS-X, and various mobile technologies.

Server applications are managed with the Microsoft System Center.

Microsoft Virtual Server was a virtualization solution that facilitated the creation of virtual machines on the Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows Server 2003 operating systems. Virtual machines are created and managed through a web-based interface that relies on Internet Information Services (IIS) or through a Windows client application tool called VMRCplus. Features included Linux guest operating system support, Virtual Disk Precompactor, symmetric multiprocessing (SMP), x64 host operating system support, the ability to mount virtual hard drives on the host machine and additional operating systems support, including Windows Vista, and a volume shadow copy writer.

Operating systems perform basic tasks, such as recognizing input from the keyboard, sending output to the display screen, keeping track of files and directories on the disk, and controlling peripheral devices such as disk drives and printers. For large systems, the operating system makes sure that different programs and users running at the same time do not interfere with each other. The operating system is also responsible for security, ensuring that unauthorized users do not access the system. Operating systems provide a software platform on top of which other programs, called application programs, can run.

Virtualization is usually the creation of a system that executes separate from the underlying hardware resources, or the creation of an entire desktop for systems located elsewhere, similar to thin clients.
