MS-SQL CDC (Change Data Capture) feature to limit if a field is traced

By default when setting up CDC for a table all fields are traced, but it can also be set to specific fields.
Is there a way to set the CDC to not only these specific fields, but also the value they contain? In other words, can a field that is set to trace be ignored by CDC if it contains a certain value?
