Azure Windows VB Error when logged in as user: Run-time error:'75' Path/File access error

Hi

I have a Windows VM on Azure. I installed a an application as Administrator then set up a user
in Computer management. When I log in as the user and double click my application I get the following error:
"Run-time error:'75' Path/File access error"

Have I done something wrong in setting up the user?
