Azure Windows VB Error when logged in as user: Run-time error:'75' Path/File access error

I have a Windows VM on Azure. I installed a an application as Administrator then set up a user
in Computer management. When I log in as the user and double click my application I get the following error:
"Run-time error:'75' Path/File access error"

Have I done something wrong in setting up the user?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

That sounds like something is wrong in the application.

Please check and confirm if that application needs administrator access or you have allowed the user to run from the currently logged in user. The error seems permission issue.

Make sure you have enabled the windows user to run the application.

Thanks it was an application permissions issue
