Wow! That is, indeed, huge! I'll see if I can reproduce it here with Chrome in W10.
Thank you. you are a good man.
Thanks for the compliment...I appreciate it!

I can't reproduce your problem here. I'm using W10 Pro 64-bit, Version 1803, Build 17134.228, along with the latest Chrome, Version 69.0.3497.92 (64-bit). I can't access the sub-page that you're on, but the top page looks fine here:

Maybe your Zoom setting goes wonky and F5 (which means reload/refresh the page) sets the zoom level back to where it should be. When you get the huge image — before you hit F5 — click Chrome's menu (the three vertical dots in the upper right of the browser) and see what the Zoom level says. For example, here's what mine looks like:

As you can see, I'm at 100%. Is yours some crazy big number when you have the huge image?

Another thought is that it could be a bug in the version of Chrome you're using that was fixed in a later release. If you're not on 69.0.3497.92, I suggest upgrading to that.

A troubleshooting idea is to test the site with Edge, Firefox, IE11, Opera, Vivaldi, etc. That will tell us if it's a Chrome glitch or something else on your system that is causing the problem. Regards, Joe

Edit: One other thought...look at the Settings for Font size and Page zoom, as follows:

Menu (3 vertical dots)
Settings
Appearance

You'll see this:

Is one or both of those settings bad...a very large font size and/or a very large zoom level?
If the above suggestions from Joe haven't helped;

I've also had this happen to me a couple of times in Chrome. and in one case, I tracked the problem down to an installed extension in Chrome that had gone rogue, the other time was my Chrome Profile had gone corrupt on me.

Try disabling all extensions first and then see if the problem recurs. Type chrome://extensions/ into Chrome's address bar (where the web address usually is) and hit your enter key.

You'll end up on the Chrome Extensions page. Turn them all off, close the browser and open it up again.

Now test. If that solved the problem, turn extensions back on one at a time and keep testing until the problem occurs again.

When it does, the last extension you've turned on will likely be the problem. I say "likely" because it could be a combination of two extensions not wanting to play together very well if both installed. This takes a little more detective work.

If turning off all chrome's extensions didn't help, you may have a corrupt Chrome Profile as happened to me once. I recently wrote an article which shows step by step how to troubleshoot just about any Chrome issue here;

https://www.experts-exchange.com/articles/32996/Resolve-Chrome-Issues-99-of-the-time-using-this-method.html

The article steps have been written in a way where you can revert back to where you started at the end if it doesn't help, however, the process described will work 99% of the time in my experience.

I hope that's helpful.

My chrome version is old I think . See screenshot. Speaking of screenshots, am I able to copy something and paste it inside this bix right here? What I have been doing so far is to save it to desktop then upload. Also, How do I update chrome?

Andrew
If the update does not help then I will use the extension fix. Thank you my friend.

one more thing . The zoom was 100% and font medium as recommended.
Hi Basem,

> My chrome version is old I think

Yep, it's old.

> Speaking of screenshots, am I able to copy something and paste it inside this bix right here?

No. You have to use the formatting toolbar and upload it, as I discuss in these EE articles:
How To Embed Screenshots in Posts
How to Embed Screenshots and Other Files with My Personal Knowledgebase

When I saw what looked like photos as your screenshots, (which are hard to read) I meant to mention that to you. But your last post is better...looks like a screen capture rather than a photo...so you obviously know how to do it. :)

> How do I update chrome?

Many ways. A really simple method (the one that I typically use) is this:

Menu (3 vertical dots in the upper right)
Help
About Google Chrome

It will do an immediate update check and download a new version, if there is one. You'll see this:

When it's done, you'll see this:

Click the Relaunch button. After relaunch, you'll have the updated version:

Edit: Just saw this comment:

So that's clearly not the problem. Let's see what happens after you update Chrome.
Joe

You are a very smart man. I didn't even notice the relaunch !!! That's why I was surprised when I saw that your version was newer than mine based on my previous post, but when I went to about it matched with your latest screen shot of the version 69.000000 and it said UP TO DATE. I must have restarted Chrome which was a good thing and disabled all the extensions and I am enabling them one at a time like Andrew suggested. So far so good. I will let you know when I am done with all the extensions.

Thank you.
I happen to see that on the extensions page in chrome  was turned ON. I turned it off . I am not sure if that had anything to do with the problem.
Sounds good so far. Keep us posted.

Basem,
I happen to see that on the extensions page in chrome  was turned ON. I turned it off . I am not sure if that had anything to do with the problem.
Can you clarify for us what was turned ON exactly? Are you referring to Developer Mode (Top right of extensions page which should normally be turned off) or are you referring to an extension? If so, which one?

From the screenshot of your browser in this post you made, I can see that you have quite a lot of extensions enabled. I can't make out just from looking at the screenshot what all of them are (some I recognize and even use myself) but if there is more than one add-blocker in there, that can certainly cause display problems.

We'll need to know exactly what you're asking about first. Use a screenshot if necessary.

You are a very smart man.
Well, thanks for that, but not smart enough to know what's going on here. I don't know a lot about Chrome...my primary browser is Firefox. I use Chrome and a few others as secondary browsers, but am not an expert in them. I'm sure that Andrew knows a lot more about Chrome than I do, so I'll leave you in his capable hands on this one. I'll keep an eye on the thread and will jump back in if I have anything to offer, but right now I'm fresh out of ideas. Regards, Joe
Andrew

You are a mind reader. You are correct . It is the developer mode. I turned off all the extensions . I am going to turn them on one by one and see which one is the culprit. That was your suggestion. Thank you for that. I am not sure what to say I guess I will just have to live with the problem. Just right now I clicked on EE save bookmark in Google Chrome and it opened large then F5. I did the same in Edge and it was normal opening it from a saved favorite in Edge. Then I came back and opened EE again in chrome it opened NORMAL. The only extension that I have is Roboform.

You're welcome Basem, I hope it's all sorted now.

@Joe, don't sell yourself short. The checks you asked to be performed also needed to be eliminated :)
