Configure GPO for Outlook on terminal server

Hello all,

One of our servers is quickly growing out of hard drive space - Outlook being a major culprit behind this.
Is there a way we can apply group policy settings on the server that will allow us to control how much Outlook data is synced?
FYI: the server in question is a terminal services server.

Thanks in advance!

I would enable dedup on the server if this is stored on a non-system disk
