WiFi Hotspot Captive Portal Network Solution

What is the most reasonably priced captive portal router/ap or just Access Point?  The owner should be concerned about segmenting network from guest traffic when utilizing the captive portal feature.  I was thinking Sonicwall TZ series for traffic segmentation.  I'm not sure if the integrated wireless does captive portal feature or simply get a Ruckus for the wireless part but then the pricing quickly gets expensive.   Another more hooptie solution is a daisy chaining the primary and purchasing a cheap router/AP solution that again has the Captive Portal feature.  However, I'm not sure how much perform degradation for both the business and the guest segment would be.  Thoughts?

All SonicWall NGFW's have a built-in Captive Portal and guest services.
You also have the possibility to setup an external (centralized) captive portal and integrate it with a billing system if needed. (Think of airport wireless).

There ae even companies that have built a cloud based guest service around SonicWall's External Guest Authentication. They even have a little printer, where by the receptionist just presses a button and automatically a guest account is created and a username and password printed :)

Any Captive Portal list of AP and router/firewalls? Any preferred hooptie setup for daisy chaining  a cheap router/AP for guest services?  It needs to be PCI compliant
With a SonicWall you do not need 3rd party APs, single management and canbe setup to be fully pci compliant
Yes, I'm looking at low cost alternatives but I'm not sure if the meet the PCI Compliant component. Regardless, I still would like to know them.  For instance, it sounds like the Netgear AC1900 may be a good trial run captive portal solution.  Probably not ideal for meeting PCI compliance.  Do you think there any security and or performance issues daisy chaining a router like this off the existing network?  Are all captive portals created equal?
Not all captive portals are created equal.

I do not know netgears' capabilities.
I do know SonicWall would meet your needs.
