Black screen on new version 11 VM

Set up a new version 11 vm. Had no mouse so had to use keyboard to install win 10 using an iso created from Microsoft. Installed VM tools using keyboard only as well. Rebooted and screen has been black. I enabled and disabled 3D graphics. Black screen either way. I set a 10 second delayed boot but hitting f8 does not offer me safe mode. Don't have vsphere client, only web client.

Any ideas to get a screen view appreciated.

This is a Windows 10 OS installation ?

Build Number of Windows 10?

Which version of ESXi ?

We deploy lots of Windows 10, and not seen the issue for a long time.

Yes, win10 OS. Not sure of build. I used an MS tool that created an iso of win10.
