Sounds like a blacklisting issue. Can you verify if your domain is listed? You can go to mxtoolbox.com and see if your ip or ip's are listed and if so then request delisting but you will need to clean up and ensure you not on an open relay. Ensure you have spf, dmarc and your dkim records in place
