Show processor and memory in system tray

How do I show processor usage in the system tray for Windows 10 so that I don't have to open a separate window each time?

What about memory usage from there also?

I use Rainmeter.  It’s puts a widget on the desktop rather than the system tray, but much easier to read overall. https://www.rainmeter.net/

It’s an open source tool that does a lot more things, but easy to make custom widgets for the info you want to see. I place mine right below the menu bar.
could you tell us why you need that?  is there a problem, or is it only for info ?

Hello there.

Another lean and useful open source program for monitoring quite a lot of system resources is Open Hardware Monitor. This one will allow you to place nearly any of its sensors/readings in the system tray, including CPU usage. The program itself uses very little resources, so you don't have to worry about it keeping any CPU Time or memory away from your important things.

I hope this helps!
