View Desktop Time Out / Lock

We have a Horizon View Pool of desktops that are assigned to users

A user logged in yesterday and for some reason, his screen goes to locked mode (after 10 or 12 seconds) and he has to log back in.
This only happens with his desktop.  I can log into the same zero client and it works fine (not locked after 10 seconds)

I looked in View Administrator, but did not see any issues.

I tried a reset of his desktop, but it did not help.

If necessary, we may need to provision him a new Desktop.
What would that process be?

check his power settings (screen timeout) and screen saver settings (idle timeout)

all of the desktops in the pool should have the same settings,,,

where are these checked ?

 what tab in view admin?
