I've tried both and some people in the meeting said the 'gotomeeting' sound better. Same setup and environment, just different vendors. Hence the question, is it possible for one vendor to have better quality of services?<br />

S4B doesn't specify their telephony vendors as far as I know. We acquired the conf numbers through Microsoft 'audio conferencing' in Office 365.<br />

Could there be a difference considering that they are both conference bridges? Can they offer better audio quality somehow?<br />

Conf bridges audio quality

IP telephony (Internet Protocol telephony) is a general term for the technologies that use the Internet Protocol's packet-switched connections to exchange voice, fax, and other forms of information that have traditionally been carried over the dedicated circuit-switched connections of the public switched telephone network (PSTN). Using the Internet, calls travel as packets of data on shared lines, avoiding the tolls of the PSTN. IP Telephony
