Logon error

In out environment we have an user trying to  login Citrix URl and getting error message as " Your logon has expired. Please logon to continue".
We have tried multiple steps below but could not find the solution, issue is i=only for single user.
-- User machine receiver has been reinstalled.
-- Tried login to different devices but same error.
-- Verified logs on Store front but could not find any
-- Removed the suspected AD group which user is part of .

Please suggest a solution for the issue.

Has the user's account expired in Active Directory?

It is not expired. User is able to login but after multiple attempts, he keeps on getting the message " Your logon has expired. Please logon to continue".
Are you logging on internally or externally? Via NetScaler Gateway, Storefront direct, or Web Interface? What version of Citrix and Storefront are you using?

Does the NetScaler Gateway configured in Storefront match the URL you are accessing? Can you resolve the FQDN properly?

Before going ahead and provide more details on the environment , i feel its irrelevant to check the settings since this is clearly a single user issue. No issues for other users connecting.
