clarifications on e-cigarettes : popularity in US & UK and its refill
I'm contemplating to sell e-cigarettes in Amazon US or UK.
Q1:
Any idea if e-cigarettes are allowed in US or UK?
Q2:
if it's allowed, is it a popular substitute in the US & UK for the real cigarettes?
Q3:
Some countries (like Singapore) ban e-cigarettes: what could be the reason?
Q4:
is there some sort of refills needed to refill the e-cigarettes? Or after a certain
number of puffs, it can't be used anymore & had to purchase new ones?

Putting it bluntly, it'll never happen, we already have both strict regulations that you must adhere to, don't forget that if one blows up and injures someone, it's your responsibility. In the UK you will have to meet ISO standards on your devices as well as getting the fluid signed off by some sort of agency.
Also, this has already been done, by a number of people, you're too late to the party to be honest.
