Unable to Open View Image File from Raw

Hi,

I've recorded from CCTV Camera to the SDXC (64GB) and tried opening it but wit error.

1. The format is Raw.
2. Trying to edit the CCTV camera web setting to recording to mp4 and playback instantly but unable to do it

See cctv settings and record format in attachment for easy reference.

would help if you told us the CCTV camera make and model
RAW files are device dependant. the CCTV manufacturer may have a viewer that you can install on your OS

do you have a link to the manual? From a casual search it can output H.265/MJPEG
you will need a h.265 codec.. try vlc (videolan) and see if it can recognize the file

hmm try renaming to .mp4 or .mkv and see if you can view it.
is it RAW or ARW for the extension (please confirm)
if ARW you might try this converter https://www.zamzar.com/convert/arw-to-jpg/

I've tried renamed and opened from VLC media player still not working and converted either from NCH or weblink provided with error.

Can be the raw files being corrupted? How to check whether the files are working or corrupted? Tks.
