Facing problem during accessing websites

I am facing strange problem in accessing websites . Some Sites are not opening in my laptop like hackforums.net and many others  sites. But same sites are accessible when I install VMWARE Machine in same laptop .Kindly guide me what is the problem this is .

No i cant ping . I think my ISP block this website but how this site is accessible in VMWARE OS ?

okay, so can you resolve the DNS name, and our you using different DNS between Host and VMs ?

can you ping 104.23.136.19   ?

VMs has static IP and Custom DNS while Host OS is on auto configuration i changes Host DNS too .Now i am able to access the websites .Thanks for giving hint .I am very thankful for this expert opinion .

your antivirus anti-mailware  is blocking the site.  The VM doesn't have the same antivirus/anti-malware.  
I have the same problem with 192.168.0.1 which is a real pain
