"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

We did but we lost the favorites folder. That might possibly had been one to keep, I guess we can add a new folder and call it favorites.
Big Business Goals? Which KPIs Will Help You

Is favorites folder required to keep?
CodeTwo SoftwareSoftware DeveloperCommented:
It is not that you lost the favorites folder. The favorites section has been hidden since you no longer have anything in it. Like David mentioned - those duplicate folders are not duplicates, they are more like links to the specific folders. If you like to have Inbox, Drafts and Archive folders at the top of your OWA - leave them in favorites and don't worry about them appearing below, you will not have duplicated items in your mailbox.
In Outlook, this Favorites confusion can be easily countered by switching to the folder view mode.
