Recommendation - EndPoint O365

I would like the opinion of experts, please.

I'm on a client where it already has an endpoint created, but the address that is pointed to fixed ip, has a very low bandwidth.

Can I create the type record of DNS type A and CNAME to another address that I created for an ipfix of a greater band?

My idea is not to tinker with your current record, and just make the migration better from perfomace.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I'm not sure I understand correctly - however, you can have more than one endpoint tied to a fqdn. That fqdn may resolve to a balanced VIP (more Exchange hosts behind that IP, not optimal) or to a single Exchange host.
Each migration batch is directed to an endpoint of your choosing.
So yes, your migration should benefit.
