To Change Langauge for specific user in OS
Need to Use Set-WinUserLanguageList en-US to Change Language for specific user
Can we push it remotely for specific local users on servers not in domain in silent mode
When we run it locally steps are >Command Prompt -Type PowerShell and hit Enter-Then Run Command -Set-WinUserLanguageList en-US -Will Ask for Y to Press
Can we get this in some script to push on remote computers in one go or if changes can be reflectedd in first login -as it is asking to log off and login again ?

Set-WinUserLanguageList en-US -force executed on what OS? Here, on win10 ir works silently, so it could be that your older OS does not use -force, but rather -confirm:$false
I noticed that although I was not notified to logoff, I still have to to make it change, so please scratch that part.

am using on windows 2012 and 2016 Server
I am using server 2016, too.
Set-WinUserLanguageList en-US -force
just works. But we cannot skip logoff and logon again - that is not working without.

powershell -command Set-WinUserLanguageList en-US -forceis working fine from Run
Can we run the same for specific user ?
You can configure domain logon scripts within GPOs that you link to OUs with users and on which you impose security filtering so that only those users are affected that you define, yes.

Thanks a lot
By the way, using that command does not ask me to log off, if I try it (no matter which language I choose).
