Multiple acounts in Outlook365 against Office365

I have just migrated a customer from simple imap mail to Office 365. Multiple of these users has more than one acount.
They have their personal mail eg. user@company.com but some need other mail accounts like invoice@company.com.

The problem is that Outlook 2016/365 wont Allow the extra acount but says something like “we appoligize but another user already logged into the organisation from this computer”

What Can I do to accomplish this?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

OR
u could even add one more email address to existing account so that it will be lile user@company.com as primary and accounts@company.com
This will achieve what you are looking for in single outlook configuration and profile

Please write the whole post ;-)
Normally I would just add an extra mail account to the same profile.
Example user@comapny.com + accountant@comapny.com. HOWEVER if In this case I get an error saying:
“we appologize but another user already logged into the organisation from this computer”

Make sure you are running a recent build of Office, as Mahesh mentioned above there were lots of issues with multiple accounts back in the day. Those should all be solved now and I havent uad any issues with adding multiple accounts from the same organization in Outlook for a while.

If those are shared/resource accounts tou can also add them as additional mailboxes or automap them.

Latest as in which build/channel? I just tried adding another account from my org and I dont see any issues on my end. Another thing that comes in mind is the interoperability with WAM and similarly, the Azure AD join/registration process, so are those W10 machines and have you configured AAD Join or similar on them?

You can always open a support case and check whether there are some known regressions.

I found solution my self!
Make sure that you log out from all Office products.
Go to Credentials Manager in Controle Panel. Delete every instance of other Office accounts.
Thats it
