remove RBAC access model

New exchange 2013 installation - don't want to use RBAC permissions model. It seems like my Exchange server has defaulted to this model and i can't find a way to switch back to the model I had with Exchange server 2010. In that model the domain admin simply had access to everything.

I had to delete the admin@mydomain entry which already appeared under permissions and re-add it which did the trick.
Thank you !
