Errors messages in the queue viewer

For more than a week I have error messages in the queue viewer of my Exchange server. The messages are attached as attachments.

Users report to me that emails arrive more than an hour late. Others report that they do not receive emails from their contacts.

I have looked all the settings of the Exchange servers but everything seems correct to me.

Do you know what these errors correspond to and what I need to put in place to correct these errors?
