Citrix NetScaler ADC 12.1 48.13 nc ---StoreFront, Director, LDAP Virtual Servers are down when I configured with SSL. But they are UP, when I configured with http.
Please suggest how to troubleshoot.

Edit: I will leave that there but I think I initially misread your question, but the same steps are true of SSL - can you telnet from the NS to the SF / XA servers successfully, as a start.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

That suggests that something is blocking LDAPS.

Can you telnet on 636 from the Netscaler to the DC's? Is there any firewall in between/is the firewall on the DC's on and allowing LDAPS through?

If the monitor doesn’t work, use ldp.exe to verify the Domain Controller certificate.

I have followed the above article and LDP.exe Error: Cannot open Connection.
LDAP Service Group Down, but StoreFront and Director Service Groups Effective Stare is UP.
But When I configure Virtual Server for these 3, all are Down.
Seems, Firewall issue.
Do we have any Citrix article or blog to troubleshoot this issue?
