error message when loading Mobile Iron to iPhone
I am trying to add a user profile on a iPhone 6 through Mobile Iron and keep getting this message during the install. "Profile Installation Failed, The resource could not be loaded because the App Transport Security policy requires the use of a secure connection." I have tried this on the users old iPhone 6 a new iPhone 8, on wifi, using just cell service and get same message no matter what I do.

It is difficult for us to help with this situation because we do not have Mobile Iron access. Andrew pointed to it in the previous comment, but there is a portal where you would need to register with them to get support on specific issues like this.

According to https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-201943/ it requires you to contact MobileIron Admin

This is issue is due to the new security protocols Apple is enforcing on MDM solutions. They require some modifications. Follow this KB and all should be good.
