problems with owncloud upgrade from 9.1.8 to 10.0.10

Question for the onecloud experts here:

We managed to upgrade our owncloud v8 install to 9.1.8.2. That all went fine.  But when we migrated from 9.1.8.2 to 10.0.9 all sharing information was gone. So users that shared folders were no longer showed as shared and people that had access to shared folders didn't see those anymore.

I even exported the mysql db from a 9.1.8 version and imported it into the 10.0.9. The table is there with all the info about the shared folders but it seems it's not read anymore.

It's running on debian and php 7.1

Anyone has any idea what that can be?

Also: Is there a way you can (for a fee) use owncloud commecial support if you are running the free version?

Thanks
Linux

I am not aware of a way of using their commercial support without having the commercial version. Their support forums are usually quite helpful if you can provide enough detail. To start with I would look in the server logs to see if there are any errors being displayed as they would certainly help point you towards the source of the problem. I moved to Nextcloud so my Owncloud knowledge may be a little dated. If you want to post sanitised versions of any of your logs, I will certainly take a look to see if I can help.

OK, thanks. I filed a bug in githib and posted a message on the forum. So far no answer.

Any real owncloud experts here that would be free to take a look. If you can fix it I'll pay you the hours you spend working on it.
