Is this icon being pushed to the right, and if so why?

dev2.magickitchen.com - client says that on his phone, when the burger icon is clicked, the menu comes out and the shopping cart icon is pushed mostly off the screen.

I'm not seeing that, so it's hard to troubleshoot. It may be because we changed the wording on the navigation. Just so you can see the original wording, I've created this page:
http://dev2.magickitchen.com/test.html  - so you can compare the two.

Thanks.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you are not already, you should really take advantage of the development tools built into google chrome.

If you right click and then inspect your page you can toggle to tools to show responsive modes.  This can really help you debug these issues.

The behaviour I am seeing is when clicking on the 'burger' menu and then clicking out of it back on to the main page, the shopping cart does look like it has been pushed right but actually the page size seems to have increased pushing areas of the page beyond my screen dimensions. If I then pinch the screen the website returns to my screen dimensions and the shopping cart moves back to it's normal position.
Hope this helps you work out what is happening.

My problem is this... I see the same thing you do, it's a bit too wide on my smart phone. But if I use chrome tools or screenfly or mobiletest.me,  it doesn't show up that way. Any ideas on troubleshooting? Thanks.

Not sure what kind of phone you are using.  If you are using an iphone you can plug it into your computer and then use safari's developer tools to try and figure out what is going on.

I think I found it, the home page is too wide but other pages are ok, so I'll remove elements one by one until I find the culprit. Thanks for your help!

Thanks- it is an Android. But Google chrome helped, once I figured out how to use it correctly.
