Windows 10: How to Disable User Image on Login Screen ?
I am using the latest version of Windows 10 Pro. I want to prevent the circular user picture on the login screen from appearing (reason: it messes up a branded background image I am developing for the login screen). I tried the solutions suggested in the links below, but none of them worked on my PC.

The solution using a transparent image for the user picture ends up with the transparent image being displayed as solid black.
Can anyone suggest a way to achieve this ?

The picture and picture area is part of the login, which you need. So in addition to the suggestion above, make your background such that the picture area and login do not cover anything important in your background. That is, move important background material out of the way of the log in area.

Thanks a lot for your input. The answer does indeed appear to be "it cannot be done", so just have to try find other ways around it, as you indicate above.
