Icloud email on windows 10 does not show .

My icloud email won't arrive on my windows 10 PC . I was able to set it up but mail won't come in even I refresh it. I get my icloud emal though if I go on line and signin on icloud.com but it won't arrive if I set it up as another email account on my windows 10. Are there any fix on this?
