Then log into iCloud with your Apple ID, and download from iCloud. You need to do it this way with pictures as well.

I don't understand why it happens to some of my videos. The way I transfer videos file to my PC is connecting the iphone to the PC then drag the videos file to my PC drive. I have problem with a few videos files.

I am not sure. That does not work for me (iCloud does). iPhone SE, IOS 12, iTunes 12.9 and Windows 10 Pro.<br />

It used to work. IOS 9 and below, older versions of iTunes. Apple changed this. IOS 11 and new versions of iTunes. <br />

Make sure Control Panel, Auto Play sees your device.

I am trying videos files that I took with my iphone to the PC and I got the error below:
